Form check service


Known as "The Form Fixer," Sarah offers a unique service to help clients perfect their exercise technique. Customers can send pictures or videos of their workouts for Sarah to analyse and provide expert feedback. By correcting improper form and suggesting adjustments, she ensures exercises are performed safely and effectively, minimising injury risk and maximising results. This service is ideal for anyone striving to optimise their training routine.
